Testing build with rechunk of a fresh image

It seems that the issue was not not having a fresh image or caching. Will troubleshoot later.

Attempt to allow rechunk by disabling use_cache

It seems it may need to build individually using --rechunk-clear-plan. May do it later, but not now. Closing.
